KIWI CURRY DIP
A creamy and comforting twist on the classic Kiwi dip, with rich katsu curry flavour and a smooth, savoury finish. Perfect for sharing, it pairs beautifully with chips, crunchy vegetables, crackers, or warm bread for an easy crowd-pleasing snack.
Ingredients:
1 can of Reduced Cream (chilled)
2-3 Tbsp Cream Cheese
1-2 Tsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice
5-6 Tbsp AFR Katsu Curry Noodle Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined.
Pour into a serving dish or container, cover and leave in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
Serve with chips or vegetable sticks.
