KATSU CURRY MARINADE

A bold and flavourful katsu curry marinade that brings rich savoury notes and gentle warmth to grilled or roasted meats and vegetables. Perfect for pairing with rice or noodles, it creates an easy, well-balanced meal packed with comforting Japanese-inspired flavour. Versatile and simple to use, it’s ideal for everything from quick weeknight dinners to weekend BBQs.

Ingredients:

½ cup AFR Katsu Curry Noodle Sauce

2 Tbsp oil

400g chicken, pork or tofu (cut into cubes)

1–2 cups vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, onion, zucchini, capsicum)

1 cup cooked rice or noodles

Method:

Mix AFR Katsu Curry Noodle Sauce and oil, coat protein and vegetables of your choice, and marinate for 1–2 hours (or overnight).

Cooking:

Oven: 180°C for 20–30 minutes

pan-fry: medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes

Grill/BBQ: medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally

Serve hot with rice, noodles or on there own with extra Katsu Noodle sauce and pickles.

Notes
