GOLDEN CURRY NOODLES
A quick, flavour-packed golden curry noodle dish loaded with chicken and vegetables of your choice. The rich, savoury curry sauce coats the noodles beautifully, creating a comforting meal that’s both satisfying and well-balanced. Ready in no time, it’s perfect for busy weeknights without compromising on bold, warming flavour.
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp AFR Katsu Curry Sauce
1 Tbsp boiling water
1 portion noodles
100–150g chicken (cut in small bite size pieces)
1–2 cups vegetables (e.g. onion, bok choy, cabbage, carrot, Edamame)
1 Tbsp oil
Garnish:
Fried egg
Toasted sesame seeds
Spring onion (finely sliced)
Method:
Cook noodles as per packet instructions, then drain.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4–6 minutes (until cooked through). In the same pan, add vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes until just tender. Add katsu curry sauce and water to the pan, then add cooked noodles. Toss for 1–2 minutes until heated through and coated.
Serve hot topped noodles with fried egg, toasted sesame seeds and spring onion.
Notes:
Add a splash of water to loosen the sauce if needed.
Serve with fried egg for added protein.
Chicken can be substituted with protein of your choice.
